Fishing Derby

The fishing derby is an annual fun family event!  Family and friends are invited to attend the fishing derby with their Cub Scouts!  Everyone brings their own fishing gear and anyone that is over the age of 18 must also bring their fishing license.  It is a fun day of fishing and spending time with your family and other scout’s families.  In the afternoon, we take a break from fishing and gather together to eat a picnic lunch.  Wacky awards and prizes are then given out to the scouts.
